Tell us a little about your business – what does WealthCare do and how do you serve your customers?

WealthCare Partners is a full-service financial planning firm that guides families to live a better life by serving as their family CFO. We our very focused on forming a personal relationship with each family we work with — getting to know them, their family, their goals and what they envision as their ideal future. As we grow that deep relationship, we are able to formulate a plan that helps them not only achieve their goals but have peace of mind in their plan and ultimately fulfillment that they are living the life they desire.

 

What makes you stand out from other companies in your same line of work?

At WealthCare Partners we understand that families need and deserve more while working towards achieving their desired financial goals. We provide a team-based approach with a personal touch that pays attention to every detail and has the experience to solve the most complex problems. While many financial planning firms just focus on investment management, WealthCare Partners provides a ‘3-Lane Highway’ approach to provide the best financial advice. This approach covers not only investment management, but also retirement & financial planning through a personalized Focused Wealth Plan and then also a Tax Management & Retirement Distribution plan to ensure each family we serve is not only maximizing growth but also being strategic in tax planning to minimize taxes.

 

In your business, how important is technology to your success? What was the catalyst for reaching out to C2IT Consulting to help with your technology?

Technology is an extremely important part of helping us serve our clients and provide a robust client experience. We thrive on a fast, efficient, and reliable online presence. Whether it be virtual meetings, webinars, client communication or all the ‘behind the scenes’ tech stack we use (CRM, financial planning system, trading, etc.) we are able to proactively meet our clients needs utilizing our technology resources. We reached out to C2IT Consulting after not feeling like we were getting served well from our previous IT firm we worked with. We received a good recommendation from a trusted source who had been using C2IT, so that prompted our relationship.

 

From the first conversation to the final onboarding, what was the experience like working with C2IT? What did you notice that you appreciated about the team at C2IT and how they worked with you?

Our relationship with C2IT has been a very good well. At the initial onboarding, they provided a deep dive into our technology systems to see what gaps we had and where we could look to improve. From there they helped educate us on our options to get the best plan in place for our business. Ongoing has been great as well in helping us get transitioned to our team all working off laptops with docking stations instead of the less mobile/traditional desktop computers. They are also very helpful and responsive whenever we have any issues throughout the year.
