Tell us a little about your organization – what does Track Day PPF do and how do you serve your clients?
TrackdayPPF is a family-owned company founded by passionate car enthusiasts who understand the importance of maintaining a vehicle’s appearance, especially for those who participate in track events. But also, for people who offroad, canyon run, or anyone who wants to protect their vehicles from all the harsh environments through which we subject our cars. Recognizing the high costs associated with professional paint protection film (PPF) installations, we set out to provide affordable, do-it-yourself solutions without compromising on quality.
What makes you stand out from others at the forefront of your field?
Unlike generic bulk film sellers or high-cost pro installers, TrackdayPPF offers pre-cut kits using professional-grade design software, tailored for specific vehicle models. No trimming guesswork. We use 7.5-mil TPU film made by Lubrizol with Ashland’s adhesive—the same level of quality you’d find in high-end shop installs, but by selling direct-to-consumer.
Why, in your opinion, is your website an important part of your success? What was your catalyst for having C2IT design a new site for you?
Before coming across C2IT Consulting, I tried finding a way to build my site on a small budget, with terrible results. It didn’t look professional and most importantly it was unable to do what I needed it to do; to provide customers with information specific to their vehicles. At first, I was timid about spending a lot of money on a website, but as a business professional, I knew that my website is my storefront. In realizing that, I knew I needed to have a professional looking and working website. After everything, I know I made the right decision in working with C2IT. The foundation of my business IS the website. Now I can build upon it, knowing we have a strong foundation.
From the first conversation, what was the experience like working with C2IT? What did you appreciate about the team at C2IT and how they worked with you?
Our website is the backbone of TrackdayPPF’s success. It’s not just a storefront, it’s the entire customer experience. Because we’re a direct-to-consumer, DIY-focused brand, everything hinges on how clearly and confidently we can communicate value, guide the buyer, and support the install—all online. C2IT was able to provide us with a very tailored website, uniquely integrating our software that provides customers with an exact kit for their vehicles. This also allowed the ability to update the website as the catalog updates automatically.

First and foremost, everyone at C2IT that I’ve communicated with has been terrific. Whenever we’ve had issues (site not working properly), one email to the web team and the problem is resolved quickly. Here’s a recent example where I didn’t even know there was an issue that needed attention. Google crawled the site and we had some indexing issues. I received an email from the team alerting me of the issue before I even had a chance to see the email. It was already resolved. By the time I saw the email I had already received another email explaining the issues had been resolved.
How do you feel about your new website and the ongoing partnership with C2IT? Are you excited for the role your new site will play in your future success?
As I previously mentioned, C2IT designed a professionally looking and working website that enables us to focus on growing our business without worrying about the design or functionality of the website. It has been like a Swiss watch, in many ways. It just works! I am now focused on driving traffic to the website and generating sales instead of worrying if the site works or the design is not right.
