For 20 years, C2IT has been helping small businesses achieve their goals. After many years of this, we have grown to the point of needing help too, specifically in administration. Acknowledging this need, we sought out an expert in office management and landed a star. Meet Jill Parker, our new Administrative Assistant!
Jill brings a wealth of experience in office management, having worked for many family-owned businesses for 25 years with a degree in administrative sustainability from International Business College. We’re excited to have her on the team as she becomes the driving force for C2IT’s goal-reaching and process optimization.
Jill is married to our very own Keith Parker and is a mom of three boys: Tyler, Zach, and Matthew. Her path to C2IT started not too long after Keith joined the team. Once the new position was created, she was one of the first to be considered, and what a fit! Speaking of fit, she and Keith are a dynamic duo when it comes to fitness, being avid players of tennis and enjoyers of CrossFit.
Her top choice of implementation is organization, which is huge for family-owned businesses. “It’s about training the owner to get things out of their head and into a process,” she shared. We are super grateful to have her on the team and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll have on our operations.
