Our annual internal pumpkin painting contest showed improvement in skill and creativity from last year’s inaugural event. With new participants this year, the question was whether last year’s reigning champ would be over thrown.

This year’s contest categories were for Most Creative, Best Use of Materials, and the last minute addition of Best Brown. With no brown paint, our employees had to mix their own, which many were succesfully able to do after some instruction from our resident artist. This lead to the hilarious suggestion that it become another prize category.

Though we may poke fun at each other’s painting ability, the pumpkin painting is always a fun team building activitiy that really gives the office some fall spirit. It’s always fun to see what creative ideas everyone comes up with each year.
