Tell us a little about your business – what does Bogan Eyecare do and how do you serve your clients?

Bogan Eyecare is a full-service optometry practice in Brownsburg, Indiana, dedicated to helping patients experience their best vision and eye health at every stage of life. Our team provides comprehensive eye exams, medical eye care, contact lens fittings, eyewear solutions, and ongoing education for our patients. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and valued.

What makes you stand out from other businesses in your same line of work?

We believe our patient experience sets us apart. Every decision we make—from the technology we invest in to the way we design our office flow—is centered around the patient. Our doctors and staff are intentional about building lasting relationships, not just completing appointments. We are able to create personalized recommendations tailored to fit a patient’s lifestyle. In your business, how important is technology to your success? What prompted your initial call to C2IT Consulting to explore an IT partnership?

Technology plays a critical role in how we care for our patients and operate day to day. From electronic health records and diagnostic equipment to scheduling and communication systems, nearly every part of our workflow depends on technology running smoothly. We reached out to C2IT because we needed a trusted IT partner who could not only keep our systems reliable and secure but also help us proactively solve problems before they affect patient care. A recent example was when they needed to bring our internet down to make upgrades—they intentionally scheduled the work during our lunch hour to avoid interrupting patient care.
