While Megan has had some background in the world of UX/UI design, she wanted to grow her knowledge of it to provide our clients with an even more complete experience when working with us. With this certification, C2IT can now offer more insight than ever into user experience when it comes to your website or mobile app.
User experience design is the process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and desirability provided in the interaction with a product. The aim of UX Design is to fulfill the user’s needs and help them navigate your product with ease. If you’ve ever felt frustrated when using a product, this most likely stems from a lack of conscious UX design decisions.
