C2IT’s roots dive deep into Chet’s passion for helping others do far more than they ever thought they could. He still meets with every new client in person and is a firm believer that handshakes, commitments, and trust still matter. Chet enjoys getting his hands dirty in code and databases alongside his team but is quick to say that hiring good talent to do what you do best has been a key to business growth and personal freedom.

Outside of work, Chet’s life circles around his family. He enjoys coaching fast-pitch softball, keeping the book for his son’s basketball team, and hauling the family horse trailer and camper all over the countryside. He’s an aspiring CrossFitter who enjoys cleaning barbells and dragging sleds. You’ll also often find him working with teenagers at his church.
