More Reliable Day to Day Support 

• RKW was looking for an IT partner that could better support their day-to-day operations. 
• They were looking for someone that would respond to their requests in a timely fashion.  
• They had internal systems that weren’t secure, so one of the first things we did was help with that. 
• We have updated all their PC’s to more modern hardware that allows them to work more efficiently. 
• We keep track of their licenses and help them with other specific technology items to ensure their business is secure. 

Projects 

New Server and Domain 

We updated their server and put them on a modern domain and migrated their users to the new domain 

New NAS 

They wanted a local backup of their files, so we installed a new one that keeps one in the cloud in case something happens to the local backup. 

Moving to a new office with more infrastructure. 

RKW recently moved into a new office space. We helped ensure they had all the network runs needed for the new office. We installed a new wifi network at the office. We also moved all of their hardware to the new office and get everything set up there.
