IT Management is often misunderstood, so let’s start there. Your business is robust, exciting, and full of great people. But as the organization gets larger, managing all the computers, access points, backups, licenses, software updates, firmware updates, and troubleshooting just becomes too much to handle. That’s where IT Management comes in.
An IT Partner handles all of those tech details so you can focus on your business. An IT partner can help with hardware acquisition, onboarding of new employees, software licenses and troubleshooting, cloud backups, anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and ongoing support.
So what does it look like to work with C2IT’s IT Team?
Think of this like a checkup with your doctor. C2IT will meet with your organizations and learn about what you do, how your organization functions, what hardware and networking equipment you have, and assess your company’s needs and vulnerabilities.
Assessment / Proposal
Once we have all the information from the discovery, we work as a team to identify the best path forward to ensure your network and organization will have the best possible service. We share our proposal with you and enter an agreement.
Our team, made up of Andrew, Joe, Tina, and Wendy, will onboard all of your computers and systems using a Remote Management tool. This allows us to monitor your computer’s health, update antivirus and firmware as needed, and ensure your systems are working correctly. During this process, we also typically take over management of your licenses. This way, when a team member forgets a password or needs help, we can help them so you don’t have to stop what you’re doing to assist.
Support and Care
C2IT’s team monitors your network, storage, antivirus, anti-malware, cloud backups, and whatever else you may need. You have access to our support ticketing system, which alerts us when there might be a problem you need assistance with, and we reach out to find a solution.
